I am a qualified holistic massage therapist, reflexologist and reiki practitioner, qualifying in holistic massage and reiki in 2005 and reflexology in 2008.  I am a MTI (Massage Training Institute) registered practitioner, a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and a member of The Reiki Association, a community of people initiated into Reiki.

I have a holistic outlook on maintaining health, focusing not only on physical wellbeing but also mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, with a strong belief that both conventional medicine and complementary therapies work well side by side.

I am based in the Roath area of Cardiff, only a 20 minute walk from the town centre and near main bus routes.

All therapies are by appointment only and my current hours of availability are:

Mon - Fri             6:30pm - 8:30pm

Saturday             10am - 7pm

Sunday               11am - 5pm
